Is BiteNice medical advice?
No. BiteNice gives educational feeding guidance based on published sources such as NHS
Start4Life and AAP/CDC guidance. Always supervise your child while eating and follow your
health professional’s advice. In an emergency, call emergency services.
Are my food photos stored?
No. Photos are analysed and immediately discarded โ only the text result is saved to your
diary. See our Privacy Policy.
How many free scans do I get?
Every account currently includes 5 free AI scans while BiteNice is in early access. Your
diary, allergy records, checklist, and the offline safety list are never limited. A
Premium tier with unlimited scanning is coming soon.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. Open the
link from the email on your phone and choose a new password.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app: Settings โ “Export all my data” for a full JSON copy, or
“Delete all my data” to permanently erase it. You can also email us to delete
your whole account.
Can I use my account on a new phone?
Yes โ install BiteNice and sign in with the same email and password. Your diary and
settings sync automatically.
